How do I register? Go to the My Account icon and follow the prompts. Complete all fields marked with an * where you can use your own 'Email' and nominate a 'password'. A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your details.
How do I order? Once you have registered on the website, you will then be able to log in and follow the prompts to place an order. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your order. We will dispatch your complete order within 24 hours after receiving your order.
How do I pay? If you do not have a trading account with The Universe Group, you will be contacted upon receipt of your order for payment over the phone. Alternatively, email us from the 'Contact Us' page and an account application from can be sent to you.
Can I order my own size and colour break up? All goods come in a predetermined pack of 24 or 50 pieces as specified in the product information pages. Each pack is comprised of all sizes across all colors. If you require larger bulk orders, please contact the head office and we can assist you.
Is freight included in the cost of the garment? Yes, freight is included in the cost of the garments to all locations throughout Australia.
